Joseph’s Goal Fundraising Update
At the start of the lockdown back in March, the brewery was left with 17,000 pints of cask ale in its cold store. We’ve been offering draught beer to locals in exchange for donations towards the Joseph’s Goal charity based in Wigan, which is raising awareness and funds for NKH (Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia).
We’ve been busy delivering cask beer around Standish, Wigan and Manchester over the last few weeks and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated towards this wonderful cause. As of this evening we have raised £831!
With the bank holiday just round the corner, we would love to reach £1000. Help us reach our target by ordering some fantastic ales to enjoy this weekend. You’ll be supporting a wonderful charity and local business at the same time.
We are offering 2L bottles for £5 each and 5L mini kegs for £20 (which can be re-filled). The beers we have available are:
Ten Pin (4.0%) – Bitter
Spring Rain (4.2%) – Ultra pale ale
Harlem Shuffle (4.6%) – American Brown Ale
Big Black Smoke (4.9%) – Porter
We have also brewed a new Session Pale – Sunday Sessions (3.8%). This is a highly-sessionable all mosaic pale. Refreshing, with tropical and fruity flavours – it’s perfect for the bank holiday! Available in 5L mini kegs for £22.50 while they last!
We also have in stock cases of 12 and 24 of our Speed Wobble and Hoodoo Voodoo IPA – both excellent beers to enjoy this weekend.
